No, we will come do a quick walk through of our space and then provide you with a detailed proposal package containing a monthly price for our services. This way we believe you are paying for the work that is done, not the possible time that a worker could waste working slowly.
Yes, we are insured, carrying $2,000,000.00 of general liability insurance and we also have WCB coverage.
We prefer to supply all of our own supplies and equipment, that way we are always responsible to making sure levels are kept up and equipment is in good working condition. If you have special cleaners due to preference, sensitivity, etc we can certainly use those products as well.
We offer many different scheduling option. While most customer request weekly service, we can also accommodate daily, bi-weekly, monthly and even one time cleanings.
As you can imagine, every space we go into is completely unique and different from the last one or the next one. This situation means that it is difficult to build a package that will be inclusive of what every customer is looking for. Our answer to this is that we build a custom tailored cleaning program that is specific to you and your space. this means that you can get the exact cleaning you want and need and you are not paying for anything extra that you do not need.
Typically, most customers pay by a cheque in the mail. We can also accept cash, Visa or Mastercard.
